El Afecto Ilustrado
Founded in 2012, El Afecto Ilustrado is a Spanish ensemble with a historically informed approach. Its philosophy is to present and bring historically informed performances of repertoire ranging from the early Baroque to the early Romantic period closer to the public in an accessible and tangible way.
ADRIÁN LINARES
Violinist and conductor of El Afecto Ilustrado, soloist with the Galician Symphony Orchestra (OSG) and guest concertmaster with renowned ensembles on the Spanish music scene, such as Orquestra del Miracle, the Seville Baroque Orchestra, La Ritirata, the Tenerife Baroque Orchestra, and the Royal Philharmonic of Galicia. Recipient of the Excellens Music Award from the Royal Canarian Academy of Fine Arts of San Miguel Arcángel in 2020.
